EVERYTHING AS PERFECT AS IT SEEMS
Everything As Perfect As It Seems explores the inherent duality of the exterior surface and the process of excavation towards the inner self through painting, drawing, collage, photography and sculpture in tandem. Each work presents a teetering balance between memory and the forgotten, truths and lies, light and dark, and all passages between life, death and rebirth. The cumulative narrative comes to represent a portrait of what shapes us, while embodying the deluge of all that was forgotten or superfluous to existence.
